Authorizations and payment status

Your payment provider may request an authorization or temporary hold before payment is finalized. Your bank or card issuer controls how pending authorizations appear and when they are released. If an entry appears duplicated, check whether one is pending; contact your payment provider and then us if the issue remains. An order is not confirmed as paid until checkout reports successful payment.

If payment fails or a security check is requested, follow the provider's checkout instructions.

Keep payment details secure

Enter payment information only in checkout. We will not ask you to send a full card number, security code, password, or one-time verification code by email or phone. Do not send payment to a personal account or by cryptocurrency.
